Meal Prep To Skip Unhealthy Choices

Do you have a specific habit for meal prep through the week?
I always recommend to my clients, and myself, to meal prep during the weekend. It’s very simple, it makes life easier, and if you have food ready for the whole week, it will be less likely that you make a poor choice about eating something unhealthy, fast and quick.
What I recommend is going shopping Saturday or Sunday, or the day that you have off, and right after shopping drop your things in the kitchen and meal prep right then and there. Don’t wait, don’t put things in the refrigerator, because it’s less likely that you will feel inspired to do it. So right after shopping is the best time to do it.
