January is a time of people becoming aware of their goals. Whether it’s through fitness, diets, social media, or desires for job promotions. January brings about change. With the energy of the new year, we feel limitless, but our old patterns get in the way of us accomplishing what we are desiring.

I find that doing a cleanse a couple of times throughout the year is helpful in supporting the things I am creating in my life. I generally do a 10 Day cleanse at the beginning of the year. Cleansing is really helpful for clearing out some old patterns in my gut, which then automatically translates messages to my brain that I’m ready for a new cycle. Everything is connected.

My suggestion for a cleanse is to follow a specific protocol with a goal in mind. There are a lot of bad cleanses out there, trust me I’ve tried quite a few.
